Naimens Asset Register — Privacy Policy

Naimens Asset Register is an offline asset register for equipment records. It keeps asset cards, presents a straight-line depreciation screen, and offers a location filter so a set of records can be narrowed to one office or storeroom. The application runs on the device and works with the figures you type into it.

Information you enter

The entries you create — asset names, reference codes, values, and locations — are saved in standard Android app storage on the device where the application is installed. These entries stay in that local storage so the register is available the next time you open the application.

How calculations work

The depreciation arithmetic runs on the device using the figures you type into each asset card. When you enter a purchase value, a useful life, and a start point, the straight-line depreciation screen computes the periodic amount directly from those numbers and shows the result on screen.

Google Play Services

The application includes Google Play Services, a standard Android platform component provided by Google. Google Play Services supports core platform functions and application stability on the device. Its handling of platform data is governed by Google's own policies for that service.

Fonts

The application uses Google Fonts for its typography. The required Google Fonts files are packaged inside the app, so the text renders from the fonts bundled in the installed application.
